July 2-24 Northern Reading Program Library Author Tour. Lynne Harley, a transformational life coach, speaker, and author of her award-winning book, *What If You Could? embarked on an inspiring 1,395 km journey across Saskatchewan's north for our week- long, Northern Reading Program Author Tour. She shared her powerful message of possibility and self-belief with both children and adults in various communities.
